Any Tips for Honor Medals?

I don't have any, not really a pressing issue, but would like to know what to do when the time comes.

I have gotten 6 honor medals so far.

I think I got most of mine from level 3 and 4 NPC's

I have a few lol. Lvl 3 NPC, take 200 ballistae, 200 trans. I have gotten a few from lvl 8 valleys, a few from lvl 4 NPC and a couple from lvl 1 and 2. It's mostly random, and it's looking like this servers medal drop rate is about 20% of what my other is at this point. Anything could happen
